Q: What is the return policy?
A: It is determined by the seller and is displayed on the product page. However, wrong items and products with manufacturing defects will either be replaced or refunded. Sellers will replace the products once they receive the damage items and wrong items from the buyer. Sellers will bear the delivery fee of returning the product and delivering the replacement product to the buyer.
Returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase. Damage items and wrong items must be return together with original box and receipt.
